Every kit comes with printed, illustrated assembly instructions. If yours have gone missing or you want to take a look before buying, you can find the instructions as PDFs on the manufacturer's website.
How to find the instructions for your model
- Open the manufacturer's website: ugearsmodels.com.
- Find your model using the search or the catalogue.
- On the product page, the link to the PDF instructions is next to the product title.
The model names on the manufacturer's site sometimes differ slightly from ours. If the search finds nothing, try part of the name, such as »marble run« instead of the full model name.

If a part is missing or breaks
Spare parts are free. They come from the manufacturer within the EU, with no customs fees, and are requested via the manufacturer's spare parts form. The part number is on the board and in the instructions.
