1. Payment methods
The following payment methods are available for orders in our online shop:
- Credit card
- PayPal
- Klarna
- Payment in advance
- DHL cash on delivery
For payment by DHL cash on delivery, an additional fee of €6.00 is charged.

2. Delivery
Orders are shipped via our shipping partners.
- Germany: 1–3 working days
- Germany with DHL Express: next working day for orders placed Monday to Friday by 2 pm; for later orders, the working day after next
- European Union: 3–7 working days
- Other international destinations: 7–14 working days
For international deliveries, the delivery time may be longer depending on the destination country and, where applicable, due to customs clearance or local delivery.
For payment in advance, the delivery time starts when we receive your payment.
3. Shipping costs
Germany
Shipping within Germany costs €3.99 per order.
From an order value of €35.00, we deliver free of charge within Germany.
For express delivery with DHL Express within Germany, we charge €10.95 per order, including for orders of €35.00 or more.
European Union
For deliveries to the countries we serve within the European Union, we charge a flat rate of €11.99 shipping per order.
Other international destinations
For deliveries to the countries we serve outside the European Union, we charge a flat rate of €19.99 shipping per order.
For deliveries to countries outside the European Union, additional customs duties, taxes or other import charges may apply. These are not charged by us and must be paid by the recipient. The amount depends on the regulations of the destination country.
