Steam Locomotive with Tender: a 31.5 cm long steam engine whose rubber band motor sets pistons, coupling rods and connecting rods in motion.

The locomotive is powered by a rubber band motor linked to several gears. Once it moves, you can watch the pistons, coupling rods and connecting rods at work – the mechanics of a steam engine, right in front of you.

Behind the locomotive runs a tender, just like the historic original, which carried fuel and water. A project for several evenings – 443 parts, about 10–12 hours. For railway enthusiasts and collectors who want a steam locomotive with working mechanics on the shelf.
