Description
The Sky Watcher Tourbillon Table Clock is a functional mechanical table clock with a spring motor – topped by a rotating tourbillon with 3 axes of rotation.
In wrist and pocket watches, the escape wheel and balance wheel sit inside a rotating cage so that small timekeeping errors caused by gravity average out. On this table clock the tourbillon is mainly a centerpiece: its sphere is styled as an observatory with large telescopes scanning the sky.
You read the time on rotating reels. A full winding keeps the clock running for about 2–3 hours, with a pleasant ticking in the background. A project for several evenings – 338 parts, about 15 hours, advanced difficulty.
Key features:
- Spring motor drive
- Moving tourbillon on top with 3 axes of rotation
- Time display on rotating reels
- Celestial observatory design
- Size: 16.5 × 30.5 × 18 cm

From 338 parts to an art object for your shelf – built with your own hands.
Laser-cut edges, open mechanics, visible wood grain: every part is laser-cut from plywood so precisely that it fits without glue. Gears, levers and shafts stay visible – the mechanism is part of the design.
Designed by UGEARS, a Ukrainian brand, produced in the EU. We have been bringing the models to Germany as the exclusive importer since 2015 and ship from Germany. If a part breaks while building, spare parts are free.
