Description

Drift Cobra Racing Car: a two-seat convertible with a powerful spring motor that drifts on smooth floors.

Its inspiration is the Shelby Cobra 427. You wind it with a ratchet knob under the chassis: first move the air filter that protrudes from the hood toward the windshield, and flip the switch in front of the passenger seat into the lock position, parallel to the door. After 6 to 6.5 turns the spring is fully loaded, and the car covers up to 8 meters.

For drift mode, turn the front wheels fully to one side, set the car down on a smooth surface such as tile and watch it skid sideways in circles. A project for several evenings – 370 parts, about 9 hours.
