Description

The NASA Saturn V as a static 1:170 scale model – three rocket stages that separate at the push of a button.

The real Saturn V stood 110.64 m tall and is the only rocket to have carried humans beyond low Earth orbit. The model shows how it was built: separate the three stages using the buttons on the sides, remove panels, and look at the labeled fuel and oxidizer tanks.

The lunar module (LM) with folding legs is stored inside the third stage and can dock with the detachable command module (CM). The three-part stand displays the rocket vertically or horizontally.

A weekend project – 500 parts, about 7 hours. Dimensions: 10 × 66.5 × 14.6 cm.
