Description

R2-D2™: the astromech droid from the Star Wars™ collection by UGEARS, with a spring drive and an LED projector in its eye.

To wind it, twist the disc beneath the head, set the droid in position and press the Start/Stop lever – and he rolls forward. Flip the switch on top to activate the battery-powered mini projector, which beams colorful Star Wars™ scenes through his “eye”. The interchangeable slides are stored in a compartment inside the body and swapped with the included tool.

Movable legs give you two display poses: upright or tilted forward. Colored plywood and cardboard create his signature blue and white. A project for a long afternoon – 315 parts, about 5 hours. For everyone who knows R2-D2™ as the companion of Anakin Skywalker, Padmé Amidala and Luke Skywalker.
